About Logan
Logan is a former coach with the prestigious US Chess Academy and has over 10 years of chess and music education experience. An expert chess player and 2022 Santa Barbara County Chess Champion, he is also an accomplished music instructor having educated more than 200 private students from ages 6 to 80+ in guitar, bass, ukulele, music theory, and more. He holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. When not teaching, he enjoys hiking, running, reading, hanging out with his cat, and of course – playing music and chess!
